    getting all your carbs from>?

    do you think there is anything wrong with getting all your carbs from oats, bannanas, and apples?

    plus veggies I mean as well. its just that oats are my fav carb that's all. plus carbs from protein shake as well

    The limitation sounds unhelpful and unhealthy to me. Why limit your fruits like that? I just bought a pound of cherries that I'm enjoying the hell out of. I like apples as much as the next guy, but I wouldn't give up seasonal fruits and dine solely on them.

    And besides oats being your favorite carb, what's wrong with beans/quinoa/brown rice? Do you need some good recipes for those or something?
