Is there a 7 day no rest routine that uses max effort without any largely apparent negatives?
Or is it possible to do something like
Day 1: Deadlift/Shoulders/Bi
Day 2: Chest/Back
Day 3: Squat/Tri
Repeat
Just checking. I'm doubting but I just want to make sure.

Day 1: Deadlift/Shoulders/Bi
Day 2: Chest/Back
Day 3: Squat/Tri
Your template is going to wear you out. You triceps are working everyday(shoulders, chest, tri). Your back will fatigue from deadlifts for your day 2. and squat will wear you out before your deadlift day. That is if you have no rest days like you are wanting to do.

true.
There's nothing wrong with training 7 days a week, but the routine you made is ridiculously bad. Don't try to make your own routine if you have no idea waht you're doing . . .
- Deadlift the day before back, and the day after squats
- Chest the day after shoulders
- Back the day after biceps
it's a really bad split you've made yourself
Why didn't you just do Legs/Push/Pull??
No clashes there.

Hardly overtraining.
I doubt many would know overtraining if it hit them in the face. Overtraining does not occur from simply a short bout of hard sessions. Overtraining is something that is chronic. Meaning, it requires A LOT of prolonged stress over a long period of time.
Squatting the day before DL is fine, hell you can Squat and DL in the same session! You can do many different things with your training plan.

It depends on how hard you're going on this routine, say a max squat then DL session 2x week, I can see how that would fatigue you, but if he's going lighter it could work. I agree that overtraining is pretty difficult, as most people don't have the CNS recruitment to make a dent, but in this case I'd side with it.
