Hi Guys, First of all i would like to thank Promera for the opportunity to try and review these products, and i will do my best to diligently record my results.

I also want to apologize for joining in a little late. I spent the last 3 weeks out of the country, and unfortunately i was unable to touch a weight the entire time. I will be back on the grind tomorrow and ready to smash some legs.

My name is Josh kaplan. I am a 21 year old college student from southern california and soon to be moving to Indiana to attend Indiana University. I have a love for fitness, and it has been apart of my life for about 8 years. I was a wrestler in high school which gave me my first introduction to weight lifting. I was a mediocre wrestler but i always noticed my body developed better than most of my peers. When high school was over i decided to step my game up a notch. Slowly but surely with much trial and error i began to progress and i am still doing that. I am not an expert but i am learning every day and applying that to my training. I was fortunate enough to compete in my first NPC physique show this year at the age of 20. Here were my photos from April:

Since then i have bulked extremely hard. Gained loads of strength, and a bit of muscle. Also quite a bit of fat unfortunately. Here is my current:

I will be working from this point forward to gain lean mass, and may even do a short cut.

In terms of supplementation in the past i have kept it quite simple. I take Multivitamins, Fish Oil, and Flax Seed Oil and Creatine. i eat a mostly clean diet with cheat meals whenever i feel like(When i am bulking of course). I am quite excited to try the new Promera Supps.

    My current Lifts are:
    Bench 315x3
    DL: 405x3(I have never 1rm)
Squats 315x5(i have a hurt knee and have not been comfortable pushing past this yet.

I will be checking in tomorrow and logging my workouts for the next month.

Thanks again! Hope you guys are as excited as i am.

First day BACK on the grind. No pun intended:

Started my first day back from travel with a back and bicep workout, As follows

    Double Underhand Close grip pulldown:
    5x8-12
    Wide Grip Pulldown
    5x8-12
    Bent Over Barbell Row
135x4x10 Slow and Controlled using full ROM
    Cable Lat Pullovers
    4x10
    DB Curls
    4x12
    Preacher Curls
    4x15
Hanging ab raises 5 minutes till failure.

Kept it nice and simple and made sure to get a great stretch. Pumps are amazing on the first day back.

Finishing up my workout with some chicken thighs, adjusting to my at home diet.
I will be posting a diet as i tighten it up by next week.
    Thanks again!

    6/24/13 Monday

    Arms Day.

Preworkout: 1 scoop of DS's Craze
Peak 400 - Day 14. Tomorrow I start the first trial of Promera's Con-cret, excited for this stack!

    Dumbbell Curls:
    40lbsx8 for 3 Sets

    Hammer Dumbbell Curls:
    40lbsx8 for 3 Sets

    Close-Grip Bench Press:
    135lbsx12 for 1 Set
    165lbs 8 for 1 Set
    175x5 for 2 Sets

    Dumbbell Skullcrushers:
    80lbsx12 for 3 Sets
    85lbsx10 for 1 Set

    Cable Rope Pull-downs:
    57.5lbsx12 for 1 Set
    62.5lbsx10 for 1 Set
    67lbsx8 for 2 Sets

Overall strength has definitely increased.. slightly.
Still being in a caloric deficit, this is a big deal to me! I felt like I was able to pump out more reps+sets today on arms and went completely ham . Let's see how much stronger I get when Con-cret comes into play heh.

Still being in a caloric deficit, this is a big deal to me! I felt like I was able to pump out more reps+sets today on arms and went completely ham . Let's see how much stronger I get when Con-cret comes into play heh.
Some nice triceps work on those skullcrushers, man!

    Chest Day

Preworkout: 2 scoops of Promera Beta-Cret

    135lbsx12
    155lbsx10
    175lbsx8
    185lbsx5 for 2 Sets

    Incline Barbell Bench Press

Felt like Beta-Cret just can't compete with my other favorable preworkouts (craze and original jack3d).

Happy fourth of july sweet followers.

As to celebrate Americas independence, i decided to workout the most American of all muscles; Arms.

short and sweet, and now I'm a sore boy. Time to fill up on bbq.

    As for my workout:
    Pwo: Prework and Peak400

    Tricep Pushdown 4x15
    Dips 4x15-20
    Skullcrushers 5x10

    Easybar Curls 4x15
One arm DB preacher curl 25x4x10
    Db curls to failure.

Pump was outstanding, actually feel sick due to the good muscle stretching.

Really excited for more and more progress.
    Thanks again dear followers

Thanks for the support man, glad to have you along for the journey.

    Workout today: Legs
    PWO: Peak400 and prework

6 sets of leg raises till failure.

    Squats:
    135x20
    185x15
    205x8
And this is where the bad news starts

Halfway through my last squat set i felt a huge pop in my lower back and immediately racked the weight. I could immediately not move my back and walked straight out of the gym. This is not heavy weight for me so i don't know what happened.

Will be going to the DR tomorrow to get some information.

Wish me luck brahs, I really want to build my wheels up and get better.

    7/6/13 Saturday

    Back Day

No stim-related preworkout today, just Promera
    Peak 400 (Day 18)
    Con-cret (Day 4)

    Deadlifts:
    185lbsx9
    225lbsx8
    275lbsx6
    315x2
    315x1 for 2 Sets
335x1 [Felt like going heavier today aiming for a new 1RM]
    355x0 Failed
My 1RepMax still remains 365 and I pulled it about 2 months ago.

    Barbell T-Bar Roll
    185lbsx12
    225lbsx12
    275lbsx10 for 2 Sets

    Hammer Pull Machine:
    180lbsx12
    205lbsx11
    230lbsx10 for 2 Sets

    Cable One Arm Lat-Pulldown:
    40lbsx12
    45lbsx12
    50lbsx10
    55lbsx10

Just realized that I've been forgetting to add cardio. Ran tree-fiddy (3.50) miles today on the elliptical. I did 5.25 miles the past 2 training sessions. Ran less today because my back felt uncomfortable pushing for a 1RM.

    Back Day

No stim-related preworkout today, just Promera
    Peak 400 (Day 18)
    Con-cret (Day 4)

    Deadlifts:
    185lbsx9
    225lbsx8
    275lbsx6
    315x2
    315x1 for 2 Sets
335x1 [Felt like going heavier today aiming for a new 1RM]
    355x0 Failed
My 1RepMax still remains 365 and I pulled it about 2 months ago.

    Barbell T-Bar Roll
    185lbsx12
    225lbsx12
    275lbsx10 for 2 Sets

    Hammer Pull Machine:
    180lbsx12
    205lbsx11
    230lbsx10 for 2 Sets

    Cable One Arm Lat-Pulldown:
    40lbsx12
    45lbsx12
    50lbsx10
    55lbsx10

Just realized that I've been forgetting to add cardio. Ran tree-fiddy (3.50) miles today on the elliptical. I did 5.25 miles the past 2 training sessions. Ran less today because my back felt uncomfortable pushing for a 1RM.
On a cut though you are still pulling good. Looking TST GensisGin. Dnas awesome workout going til failure!

Heads up today is motivational monday! Post a motivational pic or video in your log and in the following thread. Must submit in the thread for it to count! The winner gets a promera prize
