Sad bench but better than me. Maybe look into peaking programs for meets instead of regular training? I'm not strong enough to do that just yet but I imagine we all have to go that way eventually.

1130 to qualify for raw nats but 1200 would be awesome. I set 4/3/5 as a goal but bench may be the only one there and that may not as of late

Going for raw nationals? Very cool! I saw the #s they set and they look attainable, just over a 300 Wilks for all of them. Masters, of course, is just a "get a total" requirement as there are fewer of them. I will be in that category as of January. Nationals is only 8 hours from me and I considered it but we'll see how this cut goes. I don't think I will plan to compete there until I get a 350 Wilks. I'd like to at least be competitive to place. So, I've either got a lot of weight to lose or a lot of strength to gain. Probably both.

-bench has gone to **** since hitting 300. 275 felt heavy and 285 was @11 grind. Fml

Yeah, it was a mock meet so I pretty much took the week before off. Also wasn't a 5am session
