I have gone back to drinking cheap beer and feel a ton better. I think I've developed an alergy to something in beer. I've noticed lately if I have 2-3 heavy beers I end up feeling out of whack for 2-3 days.

If ABC News is to be believed, the police issued a warrant for his arrest last week and were just sitting on it, so clearly they weren't too concerned.

From the terminology I read, the warrant was made, but it hadn't been approved (or tried to be hurried) until they realized he had started destroying his electronics.

Yes, but that was days ago and they still managed to search his house one or more times after this (along with the nearby pond and other outside areas) while he was allowed to go free. Also, I would imagine (just speculation) that as policy the police would always prefer to have someone peaceably surrender themselves rather than have to come apprehend them unless they were trying to milk it for publicity and photo ops.

Well they were searching his house with search warrants. Arrest and search warrants are two different things. I mean, I'm just purely speculating, but maybe once they used the search warrant and saw all of the obstruction he was doing they were like, "Okay, Judge, we're going to need you to go ahead and approve that arrest warrant now."


+ Yeah, I think you're right that they'll gladly have someone turn themselves in. Less fuss and everything. It also looks better for the defendant/suspect/whatever.
