Other than that i think he tends to look slightly awkward in the FDB. He hits it in a really "classic way", but it doesn't look right.

Freakenstein vs Major Artillery, clash of the titans. Imo, Phil is obviously more complete than both, but genetically Mcmillan and Dillett are better off than Heath. Dillett never reached his true potential, probably due to terrible posing and horrible back development due to shoulder pain. Cedric imo needs to add another 10 lb come in at 270-275 peeled full and hard, then he has a chance. Till then he's not even top10 material sadly. His NY showing was deplorable.

Where do you guys come up with these ridiculous claims? Dillett has better genetics than Heath. Dillett never reached his full potential. How do you know he wasn't already maxed out? I missed you man lol, you always made me laugh. But srs Dillett is the freak of all freaks, he only trained hard his 1st couple of years, afterwards he got lazy, I thought everyone knew that. Dillett had a shoulder problem which prevented him from working out his back that much. Phil Heath is as narrow as a woman, while Dillett looks like a bull.

I think many of you confuse 'genetics of God' with having a very big frame....

Dillett was wide, tall and fairly complete. He lacked back mass and overall separation and detail.

He looked huge cause he was structurally huge, not because he added enormous muscle mass ala Ronnie Coleman.
He was the biggest on stage because of height and measures, but height to mass ratio wise, he was OUTMASSED by many bb's

In 15 years he won 3 shows (2 of theme of low importance), this because he was a tall/wide bodybuilder with good proportions.... nothing more.

Dillets great genetics is getting old. I think its mainly that there so few taller elite level pros now that he looks unusual. But if he was 6'1-6'2 he's not even that wide (proportionately). His standout attribute is his narrow waist. Phil is FAR superior is everything other than height. Phil has the 'genetics' to develop a great back, Dillett didn't. Phil has genetics to get in condition, Dillett didn't. Phils genes > Dilletts. Phil > Dillett.

i like dilletts muscle insertions better. chest especially. the one thing the two do have in common is that their arms are among the greatest of all time. dillett's frame and muscle insertions>>>>phil's, dillett > phil.

Phil Heath would murder Dillet on the Olympia stage. Add some Kai Greene in there and you'd essentially have two bodybuilders who will make him look like a confused lamb about to be slaughtered.

The Dillet nut hugging is off the charts. GREAT genetic specimen but not bodybuilder in competition.

I count more than ability to grow muscle in my definition of "genetics".

I also count someones mental attitude towards their goal.

That means you can take Dillett and his lazy half assed attitude and jam it.

Guys like Coleman, Dorian, Arnold, Kai etc .

They all have one genetic similarity and that is the ability to do what it takes to be the best.

Guys with this mental attitude will always be the winners and the guys who ride their "genetics" will always be the losers.

Cedric is more like Arnold and lee haney like physique not dillet. dillet had a Gh gut especially when he breathed diaphramicly cedric doesn't have that. Id call cedric barnold for black Arnold just needs arnolds conditioning and a better side chest pose like Arnold did not front chest which most guys do now cause they don't have it.

Cedric doesn't look like he took that yet which makes him stand out and could do a vacuum with double bicep pose if he wanted to like this which tells me if cedric who looks like Arnold with the legs on todays standards who got 3rd at Arnold classic means Arnold with legs of todays standards could still get 1st if judges switched to assetics rather than the mass monster look.
