IF combined with fasted training, a (extremely healthy) caloric deficit, and a fuk-ton of cardio. Now I no longer really IF, but I eat extremely clean, and have been doing some form of HIIT 6x a week.

Jakes on you, those pictures are all from the same day - the first two were during fasted training, and the last one in my bathroom was after a huge meal with 200+g of carbs.
