Is the Jamie Eason 12 week " burn the fat " program for teen girls a good idea for me to do at 14? ( i am diabetic btw )

Ya gotta be able to take a joke, not everyone can handle it
That program is nice though, I'm slowly working my way through it.
Don't forget that you can train and train all you want, but if you don't watch your diet seeing results is really hard.
Stick to it every day and I'm sure you'll be happy.

IMO save yourself the eating disorder and just eat healthy and workout. Plus it might be risky with diabetes, run it by your doc.
