Some people have a low tolerance towards milk and other dairy products. If you are not one of those people, by all means go ahead.
But on another note, you can eat anything you want to hit your calories for the day, as long as you meet your protein and fat requirements. My Lifting Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=154479513

Chocolate milk was a huge boon for me when i was trying to get from 150 to 200. In fact at any point when i decide to eat in surplus chocolate milk is instantly added to my diet. 3 cups goes down in a couple minutes, tastes amazing, and packed with calories. As far as i know i have no issues that could be complicated from milk ingestion. So, i'll keep drinking it.

You're not going to do any damage that can't be repaired. And if you start ****ting yourself with lactose intolerance or start suffering from dairy allergy symptoms, you can just cut out the milk and be fine.

Drinking milk as a regular part of your diet can effect your digestive health, heart health, risk of disease and weight gain. Whole milk may increase risk of heart disease. Drinking too much milk can increase your calorie intake and fat intake to levels that result in weight gain. So if you want to be sure drink moderately or try drinking low fat milk.
