    Your #1 Absolute BEST Fat-Burning Supplement

    I'm a newbie here. Love the information and great insight from alot of experienced people. Very much appreciated.

    I'm 30, 5'9, about 165. Body fat is currently 15.4% (down from 18.9 just about 3 1/2 months). Pretty good, versatile workout regiment, but am curious about ading an additional supplement or two to help assist further in me reaching my goal of < 10% body fat.

    Right now I take CLA (w/ vegetarian capsules) and Hemp protein for post-workouts, and that's it. Both of those combined w/ my portion adjustment to my diets have really paid off, but I'm intrigued and inspired by others here to know if there's any other supplements you would recommend?

    The weight loss you've had can be exclusively attributed to your decrease in calorie consumption. CLA and hemp protein will have negligible if any effect on your weight loss.

    Thanks for your reply. Well the weight loss I've had has been minimal at best; about 4-5 pounds). It's moreso the cutting down of body fat to obtain a more toned look which is where I currently am striving for. I've heard others give great reviews on CLA and always wanted to try it to help with my midsection, and based on what I hear (combined of course with my diet and exercise) I think it's helped in that regard.

    I brought up the Hemp only to mention that it's the only other current supplement I use. I've never used anything else before in my life. That helps me just for postworkout and muscle building.

    what is BPS DCP? I also should mention that I've been a vegan for 9 years, so this also is a big reason why Hemp was a good suggestion to me when I began using it. Same w/ the CLA veg caps.

    from the little I began reading, I'm hearing it has some pretty averse side effects and is banned in the US.. i'm sure every supplement has positives and risks, but is this accurate about it not being available in the US?

    oh no im like 15% right now, i'm back on that as-close-to-clean-as-possible bulk lol

    but during my first cut i dropped down to like upper 9%bf

    i started taking thermogenics at just under 12% ish to help get the fat off

    my diet was in check and i was taking bcaas and getting a good amount of protein

    at lower bf i started doing slightly more refeed days
