I finally quit smoking about 3 months ago, and these pics are from 5/16/13... I've been gaining weight atm though (finally!).
Please let me know what I need to work on, hit harder, etc. I really want to eventually cut down some weight (thinking next year) so I can get rid of the fat on my chest that makes it look like I have gyno.

Serious note... Up to you buddy... Seen your pics from prev post and i eventually got to a lower BF% before bulking.
You are gonna gain fat if you are bulking no doubt about it...
What i done was aimed whilst cutting (as i did get stronger) noobs possibly for me... Aimed for
Bench 1.25 bodyweight
squat 1.25 bodyweight
Dead 2x bodyweight
Then knowing on a calorific deficit i was getting no stronger... Not even an ounce more possible with good form i bulked....
Difference was noticed VERY quickly for me anyway.
Hope i helped in even a slight way...Ride it like you just stole it.

Any parts that I should hit harder?
Haha yeah, I forgot to add to the OP that I dislocated my shoulder at the beginning of september last year and was out until almost the end of december.. Started to get fat again lol. So I usually try to stick to DBs for the most part, and I'm trying to go the hypertrophy route so I'm not screwing up my shoulder even more. + I workout alone, so its kind of hard to get a spotter for bench, bb military press, etc.
Yeah, as I use to be 220 lbs and I was a bit stronger than I am now. That was all before I got into the chit. I was going to cut weight for this summer, but since I'm not going any where, I don't need to waste the time.. *bulk during summer crew* haha
Definitely. I was squatting and deadlifting, but I got tired of my squat never going up and deadlifts hampering me at work (blah warehouse work). Doing HRT Solo at the moment and I'm likeing it a lot. Legs are always hurting, but leg pain is easier to deal with than back pain for me.
Thanks man! I'm trying to get as big as I can, seeing as how I love to fcking eat. My thinking is, is that the more muscle on me, the more calories I burn at rest. So I can eat more food that I love without ending up at 400 lbs lol.

With regards to some comments above, no squatting or dead lifting will not increase testosterone,
There is no solid and trustworthy evidence/research to back up this widely used claim,
If I am proved otherwise I will apologise and reps to the guy that does it but I'm very sure I won't be, anyway good progress mate and keep it up. Well done for getting sober
