Great job with posting your first log! And I'm looking forward to seeing a 60 seconds video review of your first impression with Peak 400. Remember to try the Con-Cret two weeks after using the Peak 4oo per dosing directions.

and some forearm curls 7x5
(it looks like a little bit of workouts but it hurt alot)
And i drank some protein afterwards like this:
And this product the flavor of Bluerasberry (damn it is good) it tastes like a bluerasberry! and every time i did a rep i could keep going forever it felt great and the pump shows all the veins and i just love this product! today the rate was 10/10=AMAZING (tomorrow is chest and back) I LOVE IT! =Last edited by orly235235; 06-10-2013 at 06:11 PM.

Day 1 log:
Took peak 400 about 30 minutes before i started lifting. The taste was actually enjoyable. After 15 minutes idk if it was placebo or not but i felt a clean energy feeling and i was motivated to lift. (Maybe because i had the mindset it was the first time trying this out and i was excited)
Well the results of day one were good. I was getting extra reps in and felt more energized.
I started with 4 sets of dead lifts and then onto weighted pullups.
I did 8 reps with 25 lbs for wide grip pullups, and then 3 reps with a 45 pound plate for wide grips pullups. I was happy with these reps.
I then did low rows and lat pulldowns and felt less fatigued when doing these reps.
Overall the first day went well and cant wait to see more results. About to go make my protein shake now.Baltimore Ravens

Day 2 Log:
Shoulder day. Felt more energized with peak 400 and felt like i wanted to do more/ stay longer. For example I would do a set of frontal raises in shoulders and then i would do 10 wide grip pullups right after.
I did sit down military press 4x8
Lateral raises 3x10
hammer stregth machine shoulder press 3x8
cable frontal raises 3x8
sit down arnold dumbell rasies 3x8
Traps 4 sets of various weights.
So far I'm enjoying peak 400 and its allows me to push for extra reps. Will update more with my diet and what not soon.Baltimore Ravens
