Hey guys !
It's been a while since last time i posted. Sadly, last month, I had a 3-4 days of binge eating, which set me back for my pursuit of single digit. I felt that my body was( and my mind of course) fighting with me aka huge cravings, always thinking about food. So, it's me and my willpower against the body. I lost the 1st battle haha, but i'm back trying to get single digit once again ! So, there's probably not much progress with my last pictures, but anyway, I wanted to post where I am now, as this morning.
What's my bodyfat according to you, am I close ? I'd like to be 8-9% ( 8% is gonna be a pain in the ass for me). I'm guessing right at 10 for now, would like to have you opinion. Too many times, I tried to reach a goal ( for example, reach 8-9%) and failed because I felt that goal was so close but so far away at the same time. I'll change my method which is using a timeframe and don't obsess over a precise goal, as i don't wish to compete. So I'll be cutting until late august ( beginning of my flag-football season) then i'll do a reverse diet to clean bulk and I'll go from there with the % i'd be able to reach.
As far as my muscles showing, i'd be honest and tell you that i'm disappointed with my back. I received few comments to work on it, which is true. It doesn't even look like I have muscle separation and i'm quite surprised to the extend that it represents my strongest body part. For sure, on my next bulk, i'll lower the weight and focus on a better mind/muscle connection to bring it up !
So, what's my % BF !? Possible to reach single digit by the end of august ? Let me know

Okay guys, just finished my workout, exhausted is the right word and damn it feels good !
Here's 2 shots of myself this morning at my job. I know, it's pretty silly to do that in the workplace's bathroom, but the main reason behind the idea was to get shots with a different mirror to evaluate if there was a visual difference. So, as usual, 1st one unflexed and 2nd flexed

Hey Guys,
got a question for you. I feel like i'm making little to no progress and make the commitment to get to 8-9% by late august then clean bulk. I saw on another thread, someone who had success with the rapid fat loss program by Lyle. What are your thoughts about it ? Really tempted to try it to give that last push to this cut. If i decide to jump on it for 3-4 weeks ( would start next sunday), would you suggest me eating maintenance until sunday to give my body a little break before that hard diet or keep on my deficit and jump into it !
Hope to have answers, i'm starting to lose motivation, help a mate
