Yea, I feel ready to crush weights with this dose, and I try to keep my caffeine intake from skyrocketing too bad, but I might try a larger dose one of these days!

USed mixed grip for the 310 and pulled it much easier than normal, although I gripped a little too narrow and forced my knee out of it's natural path resulting in some pain at first, but I quickly walked it off. Finally at a real gym (2 week trial at Gold's to figure out which gym I want to join when I move on the first) instead of my apartment gym that had shoddy equipment. Feeling a little off today so I dropped the weight about 10 lbs on the 95% effort rep. Hit good depth and almost cranked out the second rep at 300, but failed about halfway up. I typically just do a 45 on each side of the bar for squats, bench, and deads.. It's just the easiest starting point that isn't a difficult lift. Basically just something to wake my body up to the fact that I'll have a bunch of weight on the bar soon, but not too heavy as to possibly hurt myself. 40-50% for 5 would be a good place to start though.

Workout went great! Worked in with another set of lifters for deadlift, and the 260 was close to my deload weight for 60% so I just pulled it for 5 instead of redoing weights.Last edited by KSUtfx; 07-26-2013 at 08:56 AM.

Good stuff KSU! Thanks for keeping up with the workouts while us Neo reps are going through busy times picking a few new reps. Things are finally starting to settle down thank goodness!

Yea, just finished up my tub on Monday after a week from hell.. moving across town and an 80hr work week for a submission all rolled into one terrible week. It's over now though, and I can get back to regular workouts. Too bad the Neurosurge is out

After my week from hell with 40 hours of OT and moving across town, I'm still a little tired, so I used a scoop and a half and it got me PSYCHED for this workout. Realized I wasn't 100% though and backed the bench down by 5lbs. Still thinking about a reset by 15-20 lbs on the bench to encourage strength growth, but we'll see.
Unfortunately, my tub is out, so I will be discontinuing the log. But I will be posting my review here and in the product review section soon![CURRENT LOG]
