    I've been hitting gym real hard lost about 20 lbs in 3 months. Kept my strength up. Doing high fat high protein diet, little carbs throughout week and only from veggies, one carb load a week, Sundays, and putting time in the gym. Thanks for comments guys. Lets get motivated there is work yet to be done.

    Nice work for 3 months man! Definitely a noticeable loss of body fat, I noticed the majority of the loss in the stomach, but overall your looking better! Keep it up!!

    Don't stop what your doing! Your diet and work out routine looks like it has been working great. If you are still able to maintain an enjoyable lifestyle, don't change a thing. Eventually you will level out and may need to adjust your routine but only due to your body's natural ability to adapt.
