I've been hitting gym real hard lost about 20 lbs in 3 months. Kept my strength up. Doing high fat high protein diet, little carbs throughout week and only from veggies, one carb load a week, Sundays, and putting time in the gym. Thanks for comments guys. Lets get motivated there is work yet to be done.
