    soreness

    so about 3 days ago i did chest and tris. they are still sore to this day and i have to do chest and tris today. should i just take today off if theyre still sore?

    train chest once a week will get better gains especially at your weight also you need to eat more protein and carbs for better recovery

    Try to get some more sleep. If you have persistent soreness try some recovery techniques like foam rolling, contrast showers, maybe even try a deep tissue massage.
