As I'm a young guy just getting ready to start out, I realized this simple truth that I've tried hard to deny because at the moment I'm anything but wealthy. The happiest/most satisfied people I know are the ones with the most money(rich uncle, few of my friends parents rich as fuark). They are fulfilled and can live in a dontgiveafuark way. Everyone else is a mess in some way or other. brb hate job but cant leave. brb trying to value friends/family but in the end they fail them. brb have goals/desires that cant be reached cause not enough money.
Money = freedom, happiness, peace of mind, everything you could possibly want and it never gets old or does you wrong. There is nothing money cant buy, even health can be bought to a degree. Only reason anyone denies this, including myself before, is that they arent rich and dont want to feel jelly. brb leaving everything and everyone behind and tryna strike it rich or die trying.
also, the minority of rich people who are also depressed would have been depressed if they were poor too. Thats irrelevant.

Health is worth more than money. ^^ Just seen someone else agrees"Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

You're almost 100% right
"Freedom" is the most prized tangible and attainable thing.
Money can purchase freedom - but so can other things.
For example, if you we're able to make 2,000$ passively each month - that is - require ZERO physical presence to earn that money.
You could easily be "free" in an amazing society like the Caribbean or say Thailand.
Freedom to do what you want
Freedom to build relationship and achieve dreams
Freedom to have a true "idgaf" attitude
More than one way to attain it.
Money is the key to freedom, but remember PASSIVE Earning can quickly set u free

It's all about the Benjamins !!!"Hell is the Impossibility of Reason"
"Cowards die many times before their deaths, The valiant never taste of death but once."
"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident."

money wanna-haves' -crewwe are all from nothing to something and then back in to nothing when we cease to be, the middle ground is that tiny something we call life which is just a sunset setting in, yet we chose to see it like a sand clock dragging on for what feels like a thousand eternities, what makes the difference is how we live that tiny middle of shifts, rejoice and embrace the most of it for the short lived moment often goes by wasted .-

As much as people say money doesn't matter, I would say it is the top consideration when people make job choices and life choices. Think of how competitive med school and dentistry school is. I know tons of people that got into med, and they aren't in there because they like helping people, but because of money and status. Same with dentistry, there is no way in hell that many people want to get in because they like working on teeth.
Of course you have to have family, friends, and a life to be happy as well, but money is something that gives you the peace of mind and freedom to enjoy your life. If everyone in America was given 50 million, you think anyone would still go into their jobs? They would probably all retire and enjoy life.
