This is the 2nd installment of my training journey that I began logging in May of 2010.
The old log that lasted 3 years that can be found here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=124242491
Short intro about me, I'm Audie. A family man, middle class American with a Filipino background and a lifetime natural bodybuilder/powerlifter. I have been lifting for 19 years now and counting. I took the Hardcore training lifestyle full pledged when I joined BB.com back in 2010. And when I mean full pledged, it means make no excuses of not making it into the gym and train my ass off. I have developed friendships throughout the year in the forums and still forging new ones.
Recently I opened up a company with Forged Iron Training. (See my signature as to where you can find the link)
The company began it's humble existence to extend my passion about the lifestyle I have embraced and offer my own take on it. Currently in the inception of this training journal, I started with my own training apparel brand.
Come check out my site! And feel free to contact me anytime.
My current goal is to lean bulk after my 8 month cut diet. I dedicated the weight loss to my grandpa that passed away back in Sept. of 2012. He dedicated his life to fitness and in-still in me to give it my all when I set goals. I learned from him to stay consistent and practice what I preach.
My secondary goal is always to break personal records I have set in the past. I always strive to improve, get better and always get stronger.
I am currently doing a modified version of the popular 5/3/1 training program. I have seen many folks succeed with this program so I am giving it a shot. I did not modify the core lifts, as to me that should always be the bread and butter of any training routine. The modifications I have made are geared towards the Accessory exercises.
...with that said, Let's Conquer the Weights!

So yeah I think I'm going to print this shirt next week on a V-Neck Tri-Blend shirt
This is going to be good. I love the V-neck tri-blend shirt that I have. With this design it's going to be off the chain.

Negative I have been playing Emulator games since 1999-2000's.
This is the first time a full blown emulator is ran on a browser using the new Adobe Flash updates.
Ya'll are behind serious.
This is the first system my family owned even before the original NES came out.
It was released only in Japan before NES. It's called Super Family Com, my uncle bought us one but we didn't have a good t.v. to run it
We had to play at our neighbor's house but had time limit to only like an hour per week...That's fukked up as a kid.
Super Family Com: These came out I believe 1984's?
But I have learned the game of football on the Intellivision, those came out even before my time.
My step dad had one and kept it, which my bro and I played alot when we first moved here in the U.S. I learned the basic rules of American football through Intellivision.
My teammates back in H.S. found out about it, and nicknamed me "Techmo Bowl"
Intellivision: Circa 1977??

Lol I was only responding to Bob regarding RPGs. I had an Intellivision as a kid as well, and my first computer was the Commodore Vic-20 ... It came with 5 kB of RAM
A few years ago, I bought this joystick (modeled after the original Atari 2600 joystick) that contains 10 games with the original Atari graphics:
