    Am I really over 15% body fat?

    Here are some pics. Would appreciate it if you could estimate my Body fat percentage for me, and tell me if I'm below 15 %. Please look at all of them because just one won't give you the right representation I don't think.

    I have another question then in that case.

    I've just started bulking aiming to gain 1-2 pounds of total body weight a month. How many pounds of fat will it take before I start to look fatter?

    There's a simple formula for that.

    Lbs of fat = X. Looking fatter = Y.

    X(2)divided by(1+1)+3.14 = Y+3.14

    I thought the ideal bulking weight was around 10-12% though so you wouldn't get fat. Because mines around 15 does that mean I'll get fat while bulking?

    I wouldnt even focus on bulking as much as I would focus on lifting consistently.

    Just make healthy choices. At the level youre at bulking/cutting shouldnt be anything to worry about. You can eat junk food, just try to keep it to a minimum. Your body will change trust me.

    literally, eat lots, steady on the simple carbs, high protein, lift at high intesity consistantly and progressively load your weight. Thats the principle, i wouldnt get any more complicated than that untill you got your foundation down.
