Back when I wasnt too crazy about lifting and had no knowledge in fitness/nutrition and was a complete Bro-scientist, I found biceps to be the funnest workout.
Now that im more serious about lifting, I find that biceps are boring as fuark to workout.
Favorite day is back day now, rows all day.
Typical bro = biceps and chest 4 times a week.

Anyone else find biceps is the least exciting muscle since you started lifting srsly

Biceps / Triceps fall into my arm day. I like that day because it's easy chit.
My Weekly training regime is as follows....
Back/Legs
Chest
Shoulders
Back/Legs
Chest
Shoulders
Arms
Repeat.
Half of my workouts include my arms so no point in curling everyday, I see guys with dis proportionate arms everyday and its funny looking.
My Arm work out is 2 sets of each.... ( Reverse curls, Hammer Curls, Reg. Curls,) with flat bench overhead tricep extensions between each set. Gives me a nice swoll then I hit the Boxing Bag for 10 minutes. Nice easy arm day; no biggie. (20+ reps each)Fapping is like food... It shouldn't be enjoyed as a reward, but rather a means to not kill yourself.

My least favorite day is back and bis. I do about 2 sets of curls a week, this week I will most likely do 0 curls.

Legs (this varies, normally would be higher but knee is fukd)
