im going to bulk till 2015, then cut. i am only 125 so, definitely need to be bulking.
anyway heres pics.
first one is about 4 months ago, not much muscle, actually i take that back, absolutely none, 120lb lol.
second one is current, took it today, now 125lb. still not much muscle, but alot phucking better than 4 months ago.
bulking on 3000 calories
90 fat
300 carbs
250 protein

Down the protein to 125 or 188 and up your carbs n fats as Erik said. Post progress pics after you hit 140< or if you think you are bulking to hard and need a bf% check. You won't see a dramatic change in 5lbs. Don't see much of a change yet but keep going you will see changes soon. Lift heavy, eat hard, and sleep harder. Gotta take full advantage of them newbie gains brah.
