Suggest a pre-workout energy supplement that is easy on the stomach.

I've tried many products and most of them give me great energy and have the right stuff like creatine, but I always feel queasy shortly after I start working out. Sometimes so bad, I have to stop. Products like C4, Super pump Max, Body Fortress, animal cuts, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Amino energy, and some others. Keep in mind, I'm not saying the products I tried are bad. Just made sick when working out.

Anyway, I'm thinking of trying out those Gatorade chew things next..

Any suggestions?

If you want to try a sample fo Neurocore (and a host of other samples), you can try the signature in my signature. Looks like the common thing here is stimulants, though.

Might try looking into a stim free product, like Push10, BodyForge 2.0, Hemavol, etc.

Ever tried Cardio igniter by TSN? Doesn't give you the same energy as pre's like WFR but probably wouldn't have the same affect on your stomach either.

Its odd so many products would make you feel sick. Do you think its the stimulants in them causing the problem?

I had the same response to NO Explode, C4(2 scoops) and GNC Ravage. I am almost done my tub of Craze and I have never been happier. It has been giving me the energy and focus(tons of focus) I need for a good workout

MAN Sports Game Day is a great pre w/o. I haven't heard of anyone having any stomach issues while using it

White Flood Reborn - I've actually tried out white flood a few years ago and had a really bad experience with it. Ha I'm a bit on the fence to try it again.

I'll look into cardio ignitor and MAN Sports Game Day, . Never heard of those. @StewTosh, I've actually heard some positive stuff about Crave. I might give that a try.

MAN Sports Game Day is a great pre w/o. I haven't heard of anyone having any stomach issues while using it

I'd have to agree here... Because I don't recall offhand, but I think that Amino Energy is pretty light on ingredients other than caffeine...

You might want to go the stim-free route, of which there are several options available these days.

It means no caffeine or other stimulents.. Im guessing that may be a contributing factor for you not feeling well from other products

Well I take the EC stack once or twice a day while at work with no issues. I guess maybe I should test it today by taking a dosage before I workout to see if I have the same sickly feeling.

If its the stims causing it, EC should do the same if not worse. Let us know how it turns out.

easy on the stomach? i'd say trial and error. everyone is different. in your case you've only named products that might have made you sick during your workouts, so it's hard to say if your stomach cant handle stimulants. have you tried any other pre's that did not make you feel sick during your workouts?


Edit: So it may not be the stims, since you're taking EC stack. Then take a look at Volatile. if interested in some samples shoot me a PM.

It appears that in combination with E/C you are just ingesting far too much stimulants. Esp if you were using Animal Cuts, C4 or Hydroxycut Hardcore while using E/C.

The amount of stimulants you were ingesting was insane.


You might want to look into a product that is stimulant free while you are using E/C.
