Hey guys,
I know I posted pics not too long ago....but now I'm at 16 days out !! Sometimes I feel good and confident about my process, other times, I think I need to lean out soo much more.....do quads look strong or just fat ??
Opinions , comments, horoscopes..strongly appreciated

Quads look okay, not fat but I wouldn't call them strong. Overall good shape.
If you're 16 days out leaning out is the right thing to do now.Stats: 6'3, 243 lbs

Your quads look strong but the extent of which is hidden by a mild level of BF. If you are doing bikini they do base a large portion of their judging off of Quads, Hams, and Glutes. If you are 16 days out you are doing the right thing by leaning but you won't be able to lean out more than about 2lbs in that amount of time because you will need 7 days for peak week, which will also help as you drop water during that week.

Overall you look good, upper body more than the lower though, keep up the momentum and you should be good for the show.
