I love dark chocolate, and I will get anything that evokes dark chocolate that's in this store, it can be a powder, a bar, a idk what other kind of food they have in the store ...
Rules
1) It must be chocolatey. I do not want 1% dark chocolate 99% something else. It can have other components, like chocolate peanut butter or chocolate something else, but chocolate must be a star and not a crappy backup dancer.
2) Aiming for dark chocolate here. Milk chocolate I can do in general, but I'd rather not splurge on it. It's too sweet.
3) No coconut. If it tastes anything like coconut, I will not be happy. I've had things with coconut oil which was fine because there's no coconut flavor, but I draw the line at coconut flesh (or flakes or whatever).

XF Ultra Peptide Triple Chocolate ( Chocolate ) it is fairly dark with a very rich complex taste, and I think you would be pleased with it.
Haagen Dazs Belgian Chocolate from their Destination Series is MUST have redic rich, complex and dark. Mix it in with the protein into a ice milkshake of greatness! :P
Agree and thanks
It is certainly unique
I think Ronnie's chocolate is also of a darker taste but they have changes his couple times unsure on if they changed flavoring it was also darker tho on launch-- Microwaves everyday crew --

Another vote for cellucor Molton chocolate, it's a richer darker chocolate flavor. An absolute treat to have.

Thanks for the ideas.
The XF protein in this store just says chocolate (whereas the website says triple chocolate). Anyone know if these are the same thing?
I was going to get just one thing, but now I've decided to get a few things and compare ... dark chocolate showdown is coming. You can't help the hopeless.

There's also this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bn/choklatcrunch.html. Looks to be oos here but it's worth trying to find some. I've only had the Dark Chocolate flavor but I think it's pretty good. I've broken the bars up and added it to Halo Top/Enlightened ice cream too.

Out of my experience with a LOT of chocolate proteins, this is the only one I really got the dark chocolate feel from. XF UP, RCSS, and all other chocolate brands had more of that milk chocolate sweetness/richness imo. I think of dark chocolate, I think more of a bitter taste(not bitter in a bad way).
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

The Ultra Peptide is Triple Chocolate - Again as it's full name implies it is a blend of chocolates, but is darker than any milk chocolate protein on the market it's very good.
Short of buying pure chocolate you are simply talking about percentages pure chocolate is very very bitter adding sugar/cream, milk fats etc sweetens it and brings out more flavors, most candy bar's are very very low in actual chocolate so largely depends on what your looking for as to the percentage. IMO triple chocolate ( Listed as chocolate ) is like a blend of 60-70% and 55% chocolates giving it a very rich darker taste.
What most bar's on the market contain is around maybe 10-11% and I suspect many would not even qualify as "Chocolate" and are likely even below that.
Spoiler!
Also this Belgian Chocolate Haagen Dazs do it :PLast edited by Rob1882; 06-05-2016 at 03:57 PM.

Didn't notice sweet potato?
It was real good tasting tho the one they got up now is like double chocolate cookie but thought the one I first tried was like chocolate wafer? and of course that beef protein I tried which was also darker and that tasted good too.
Also a good option I have done that myself it's very low in calories-- Microwaves everyday crew --

I do have cocoa powder, so I may try adding that to my shake tomorrow.
Order is in.
Cellucor Molten Chocolate and Yup Brand's Chocolate Mint (never heard of it, but it was well reviewed) are on their way, along with a bunch of other stuff that has nothing to do with dark chocolate.
Also, Haagen Dazs is happening the next time I go to the grocery store. Right now, all I have is Ben and Jerry's Brownie Batter, which is excellent but only has some dark chocolate in it.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone, and I'll likely try more things the next time I order stuff. You can't help the hopeless.

Far better off buying their regular buttermilk Kodiak Cakes Powercakes or whatever it is and either adding peanut butter protein powder or putting real peanut butter on top. Probably would work with PB2 also but haven't tried that for some reason. The added nuts in the PB Kodiak Cakes are kind of nice to add texture, but overall I like their regular ones better. Too bad, I was really excited about them too...went out and bought a box pretty much right after they were released and bought a box for a friend who I was always raving about Kodiak Cakes to. Now I'm pretty sure she just thinks I have terrible taste in pancakes because I know she had to mix it with regular pancake mix to fix them.
