I sometimes have a "Superday" where I'll do a session of weights and then a decent duration of cardio after. I take 1 scoop of Pre Jym before I start the session. I notice quite a difference between the cardio session I do on Superday versus days where I'll just head down and do a cardio session by itself. On those days, I just drink two cups of coffee so caffeine is present in both sessions.
So what is it in Pre Jym, or main ingredients that makes cardio sessions so fluid, efficient? Is it the citrulline and beta alanie? If we can isolate this, I am thinking about purchasing separate ingredients to take before cardio days.

Caffeine. Two cups of coffee doesn’t mean you’re getting the same level of caffeine as you are in a preworkout or even an energy drink.
For example, light roast coffee has more caffeine in it than Dark. and the size of the coffee as well, not to mention the combined affects of the caffeine and other ingredients in PreJym(I believe he puts Huperzine in there somewhere?). So all that plus what may have been mentioned above takes into account some of your situation.Dad
