OP, good work on actually creating something.
You mention you had a previous site last year - what happened to it?
What is your revenue stream like? Are you getting a % per every referral click/purchase? Advertising?
I've got a few ideas on ventures for the up coming holiday season, based in the UK. Novice at building sites tho.
Hit me up with a PM sometime.

Depends who your web host is, some of them will let you see server load details and break it down by day/page etc. Otherwise look into using something like Google Analytics it is pretty good at tracking all aspects of websites from traffic sources to clicks per page to SEO.
As for hotlinking from Imgur/Other third party hosts with Wordpress it should be possible there shouldn't be an issue embedding images into your pages but remember that those sites sometimes have bandwidth restrictions as well so make sure to look into that if your site blows up and you start seeing pictures break because you've exceeded the hosting company bandwidth policy.http://www.half-the-man.com - My new blog dedicated to my experiences with weight loss. This just happened on 2 of the more popular posts and they don't even have that many page views (relatively) So i'll either need to host them via wordpress or re-upload them every week or so.
It's also strange how many FB 'likes' I have compared to website views, clearly I need a new plan for that.
Anyone have any experience with FB ads????

Check out and rate my new website (useful to kill some time)
Measly reps to anyone who shares it on ******** or likes it on FB
I made this the other week just to familiarise myself again with SEO and web design and it's doing surprisingly well already. This was only meant to be a test/bit of practise for an up and coming project that won't be ready for a few months.
As you can see it's not very complicated and it's just a collection of Old School Flash games for people to waste time on at work. So next time your at work, bored out of your head, you know where to look..
If anyone else knows about web deisgn/seo etc then please send some feedback, good or bad my way.
Things you like
things you don't like
if anything isn't working properly
etc etc.
Weirdly enough i'm already making $30-40 a day, mainly from the flappy bird ad that you can see when you click on a game. Not bad for a side project.

Edit:
If there's a game you used to play back in the day and want to see it on the site, just comment below and i'll try my best.Last edited by ACQinfinity; 12-10-2015 at 05:01 PM.
