Have some carbs with your pre-workout. Carbs usually help prevent the tingling without affecting the benefits of beta alanine. Or just tough it out... Your body should become accustomed to it over time.

If you want to try some of our Maniac Shoot me a message and I'll send you some samples. It does not have the beta alanine which causes the tingles, and it is not super stim heavy. But provides great focus, pump, and energy.

It's probably also the Niacin, the "flush" can feel more like "burning" and last longer than average beta alanine tingles. Try eating something 30min.-1hr before and see if it helps (if you haven't).

I'd say you'd be fine with a moderate amount of BA, but if you have problems i'd avoid pres with high niacin.

Try drinking more water before your workout. I had the same issue and it helped me.

the tingles is usually the beta alanine, and yes there are products without beta alanine in it, but a good majority of them have it in it. maniac is good.
