Started cutting the 20th of May, fairly late, yes.
This is my 2 weeks result with a very strict 400-500 calorie deficit diet.
During these two weeks I have mainly performed supersets - yet I am planning to add quite a lot of cardio in the coming 2-3 weeks. (Is that a bad idea?)
I am aware of the fact that I am standing in a little different positions in the picture what do you think about the results?

If I see one more 5'9 teenager who weighs the same as my manlet ass and is either cutting or bitching about abs I will start ****ing wrecking ****s.
Slow bulk through summer, if you do it right you will have more abs and more size at relatively the same body fat
But really, if I'm being honest, eat everything in sight. Lift hard and lift often and gains will be made.PR: Bench: 100kg x 1. Squat: 140kg x 1 Dead lift: 160kg x 1 (on my journey to 180kg)
