Anyone else DON'T want people to know you lift?

BRB Hiding protein powder when friends are around.
BRB Say I'm going for a picnic when friends/family sees my precooked meals in my fridge
BRB Hide my weights in my shed.
BRB Go to the Gym at 5:00 in the morning
BRB Say I'm going to the carwash, really doing deadlifts in a different gym where no one I know goes to.


It pretty much kills all the appeal of having muscles if everyone knows you dedicate large portions of your life to it. Last thing I'd want is to come show off my aesthetics and everyone knows I've been in my shed doing curls. Know what I mean? And another thing is I don't want to be associated with the typical insecure kunts who are gym rats which is why I just dress like a regular kunt instead of a gym ****g. If no one knows you lift and you have muscles and aesthetics, people will assume you have good genetics, aren't lazy and capable, or at the very less they will assume you are athletic

I've been trying to cut back on talking to people who do not lift about my habits. Not because I care what they think, but because they're always trying to educate me on things they don't understand themselves. Would rather not deal with that.

"Be careful with all that lifting, you're going to get too big and then it won't look good."

"If you want to get big, you should drink a thick beer after your workout. That's what my dad did back in the 80's and he was huge!"

I usually say I dont lift if people ask, simply because I am not that big with a shirt on srs.

Unless sloots ask, i usually say I workout a little. They like that chit here in mexico

Pretty sure anyone who sees me knows I'm very muscular even if Im not wearing a tank or tea. I just say I get it from playing sports and doing push ups and pull ups. Don't know kunts to know I go to gym 6 days a week.
