BRB Hiding protein powder when friends are around.
BRB Say I'm going for a picnic when friends/family sees my precooked meals in my fridge
BRB Hide my weights in my shed.
BRB Go to the Gym at 5:00 in the morning
BRB Say I'm going to the carwash, really doing deadlifts in a different gym where no one I know goes to.
It pretty much kills all the appeal of having muscles if everyone knows you dedicate large portions of your life to it. Last thing I'd want is to come show off my aesthetics and everyone knows I've been in my shed doing curls. Know what I mean? And another thing is I don't want to be associated with the typical insecure kunts who are gym rats which is why I just dress like a regular kunt instead of a gym ****g. If no one knows you lift and you have muscles and aesthetics, people will assume you have good genetics, aren't lazy and capable, or at the very less they will assume you are athletic

This.
I've been trying to cut back on talking to people who do not lift about my habits. Not because I care what they think, but because they're always trying to educate me on things they don't understand themselves. Would rather not deal with that.
"You shouldn't drink protein, it is going to make your bones weak."
"Be careful with all that lifting, you're going to get too big and then it won't look good."
"If you want to get big, you should drink a thick beer after your workout. That's what my dad did back in the 80's and he was huge!"
"You're going to hurt your liver with all that protein!"

Dude, people will give you halo effect if they don't know you lift. srs. A magician never reveals his tricks, if you are aesthetic and don't come off as a kunt who's lifting 24/7 people will assume so many good things about you, if people know you actively lift they will assume all kinds of negative chit like "wasting your time, overcompensating, lol meat head, this guy probs cant even climb a flight of stairs "

agreed op
i always deny lifting when asked about or if they bring the topic up in conversation
at first I started saying that I just do occasional pushups but over time I started completely denying it, basically acting all clueless.☀ Praise The Sun ☀

Pretty sure anyone who sees me knows I'm very muscular even if Im not wearing a tank or tea. I just say I get it from playing sports and doing push ups and pull ups. Don't know kunts to know I go to gym 6 days a week.
People are very very stupid brah. I'm more muscular than 90 percent of the population at least, and pretty shredded atm and I convince everyone I just do pushups and play sports to get my body.
