I have the worst case of this.
Know that feel big time about not being able to go out if shirt isnt tight. Other BDD symptoms I have:
-On days I don't train upper body I have to wear a hoodie, sweater, or loose long sleeve cause I feel insecure and small.
-Will not look at my body in the mirror in the mirror till after I train.
-Will not look at my body in the mirror on days I don't hit my macros or miss my workouts cause I feel smaller.
-Will compare myself in my head to any dude I stand next too and feel skinny as fuaaaaaark even if I'm actually bigger.
-Will stay up till 5 am to get my macros cause I feel 10 pounds lighter the next day if I don't.

If you find this girl attractive during competition season then you have severe body dysmorphia.

I know this feel too well
1. no looking in the mirror before 12am because looking depleted and small
2. wake up in the morning and first thing i do is check to see if my muscles are still there
3. ashamed to look at myself in the gym mirrors after midterms/ exams
4. during period of low training (again i'll use midterms and exams because that's what's happening now) ashamed to see people in public because i'm known as the "guy that lifts"
5. Will not wear shirts that have been stretched out by previous pumps (one wear/wash to get maximum tightness)
6. Pre gym pushups to get a pump going and fit into gym shirt stretched by previous pumpsEngineering Students Who Know Everything About Math, Science, And Everything Crew
