SO I hold almost all my weight in my legs, and I recently competed at my first NPC show. Are there any exercises other than running that I can do outside that will get my legs down? I just don't want to be stuck on the treadmill all summer. I am 12 weeks out from my next show.

are you saying you're carrying too much fat in your legs? you cut fat all over, not in specific areas as that's not possible. for someone who's competing i would think you would know this. caloric defict+keep lifting heavy=fat loss. throw cardio in on your off days or after lifting to help out.
