I have no idea, your guess is as good as mine. One of those scale analyzer things gave me 15% but I think its higher than that.
Yes it would. I take the eat everything in site approach, I eat 5k+ a day a don't gain weight anymore. As for routine, if im doing bodybuilding stuff, I do what most people would call overtraining. I do 2-3 heavy compounds for like 6-8 sets each including the warmups and then I do like 30-50 drop/super sets of whatever I feel like doing. I don't follow anything so I don't really know how to give you good advice. Go into the gym, find a weight you can only do 8 reps with, then do 20 more, kind of thing.
Was like 2-3 months ago but havent done anything but low rep squats so I doubt they've gotten bigger. Pic of said wheels.
