Took the last few days off for work.. Just too busy to workout as planned atm unfortunately. Been doing a lot of work on the cable machines and cardio on the stairmaster. Starting back up tomorrow with regular program.

Yeah, the whole 4th of July weekend the gym closed early.
It's been in the 80's and humid as hell, I can practically wring out my singlets after a workout.
