Nobody is saying he didn't work hard you idiot. But if you think there is no difference between the average white and black man when it comes to genetics (testosterone levels, proportions, muscle fiber types) you are a ****ing retard. I guess it is a coincidence that 95% of the players in the nfl and nba are black?
Not trying to hijack the thread. Good job OP, I don't care how you did it, your results are great no matter what.Watchout your neg comments princess

I am really tempted by the high reps, but OP's physique is probably more due to genetic superiority than rep scheme superiority.
Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

I don't think he counted macros or calories. he just ate "clean" yo.
Another case of pure hard work and less of the "IIFYM" stuff... Which makes me a little bit sad because I'm on point with macros 24/7 and been trying to figure out a routine/rep scheme that works for me for the past year now...
OP, how long have you been lifting for?NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer since Feb2013 :)
Still/always learning! I don't know everything :)
