    Am I doing squats correctly?



    Sorry, I know I should have got a better angle with my feet and everything in the vid. But if it helps I'm confident that my feet are in the correct position and that I'm keeping the weight on my heals.
    And LOL at the guy the background who says "DAT AAASSSS" if you listen closely. (I really hope he wasn't talking about mine)

    Awesome! yeah, I knew they weren't high. People at the gym actually tell me I go BELOW parallel. It must just be the camera angle or something.
