I have had JEFIT Pro for a while and like it. It allows for custom exercises etc. Pretty simple, and for my purposes, that is what I wanted. I am the type that always kept a log, so this just allows me to carry one less thing to the gym as I use my phone as an MP3 player while I am at the gym anyway.

No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

BigLifts for android is really Wendler's 5/3/1, it's my favorite app and it's extremely useful for tracking progress. When I first downloaded it, it was actually called Wendler's 5/3/1 but they must have ran into copyright issues when people found out what it was. Fantastic powerlifting program!

I'm sure you anyway record your weight and repetition in a notebook and you have a training program in your head. I often forget to do some exercise, and on the leaf does not want to go. Plus, I use the phone as a timer.
I do not wanna advertise the application and provide references, I chose Fitnessdroid (simple and cheep). I'll trained , and tell you about the results
