To this... without some serious assistance. Calves will get bigger with training and supplementation, but no completely change their structure.
I don't always do squats on leg day, but when I do, I go ASS TO THE GRASS!

I'm pretty sure those are calve implants, synthol wouldn't cause your calves to look that massive.
Also his issue was competing in the WBF (McMahon's federation) and then coming back to the IFBB. Could've been a top 6 guy every year if it weren't for politics.

I think the IFBB wanted to make an example out of anyone who defected by not placing them well. It was both a form of reprimand, and a sort of a pre-emptive strike, in the event that another upstart federation tried to lure them away in the future. After the WBF fell apart, everyone took heed and stayed put. Plus, the Weider's started offering more lucrative contracts as further incentive to retain their best athletes. Business as usual.
