    You realise of course that you can get pregnant without having sex, right?

    But those pics were from his powerlifting time, and i kinda doubt he has stayed natty his entire career... I doubt he has used steroids for long though if he did, otherwise i would expect him to be bigger. Massive arms but the rest of his body is achievable natty, so possibly just genetics and years of lifting.

    Start the year off bench pressing 225lbs for 10 reps. At the end of the year, and throughout the whole year you are not allowed to do any more weight than 225lbs.

    U can increase reps, sets, add in exercises, deduct rest periods, etc.

    Basically anything that allows u to progress. At the end of the year, let me know how u did for muscle wise. LMFAO

    Agreed. Decreasing rest period, increasing reps, and increasing sets are all ways of altering workload. Plain and simple. If diet is correct, an increase in workload with adequate rest outside of the gym equates too muscle gains.
