I am 28 Years man and I started Gyming in Dec 2012 (I have done gyming earlier for three month in the last year), I started taking 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein and its been 5 Months Now.
What difference I felt is that my Penis size has decreased and when where it get erect it when small quickly thought my sperm quantity is same... and it doesn't erect properly
I am little scared for this.... Please advise me what shd i do now ?
it’s been psychologically I am looking and feeling that I have facing difficulty in erection though my routine is too hectic with too much stress and less sleep but when I masturbate the sperm quantity is normal.
Just Need to know is it normal and get okay with time or its serious something

come on guys - this seems to be a real problem with a group of people. I recently started a weight gain program as i am among the skinny folks and i had no idea about this issue. I started taking this protein like 3 weeks ago as suggested by one of my friends who is a long time gym guy and using whey protein. I have always been horny but now its pretty hard to get an erection and there is also numbness. Its not in my head really, i had no idea there is going to be such issue.
The real question is what is an alternative to whey? - is soy a good alternative to whey?

Whey protein shouldn't be causing the issue. I would suggest going to a doctor. Protein powder is just powdered food. Whey protein is powdered whey.... have you ever eaten ricotta cheese, milk, yogurt etc. all have whey in it.

In terms of other protein types there are plenty to choose from if you want to avoid whey... Casein, Pea, Egg, Rice, Soy, Beef are all protein powders, or just hit your protein macros by eating whole foods.

I am not complaining about the size at all. I am just having tough time getting an erection. Is there something I am doing wrong while consuming it? - I am taking one scoop of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey with milk at bed time. Do I need to consume something else with it ? or some other time during the day or something?
Thank you - Appreciate it.

same thing happened to me using optimum nutrition the only way my d*ck is not limp to the bone is if I drink over a gallon of water while on it but I haven't taken it for two days and I see a difference and its a lot harder now I'm switching back to muscle juice 2544 I never had any problems with that I would take it in the morning and go be with women at night and no erection problems

maybe so I'm also lactose intolerant and I got sick from taking the shake with milk, I started taking it with Oj and im fine now I take in a gallon of water and my d*ck is back to normal I think it may have been an issue of establishing a tolerance for the new shake idk if im a keep taking it but as long as you drinkadequate water your ok but im taking 7g of creatine a day

I'm gonna go a head and say it's something else. There's no reason protein should effect your erectile function or size.
You can walk outisde and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
