New to this forum.....Currently 86kgs @ 12% bodyfat @180cm tall
Looking to reach 90kgs @ 7-8% bodyfat within 6 months, Thats the goal.........
Never taken any steroids and not planing to......
Looking for some tips on dieting and training to reach my goals, Any tips welcome....

Arms day every day? Delts, chest, and abs all need work. Bulking is when you build muscle, people say you lose abs on a bulk because the rate of fat gain in that area of your body is naturally going to be higher than the rate of muscle gain because abs are just smaller muscles in general. But train them seriously...
