    Skinny to Beast

    New to this forum.....Currently 86kgs @ 12% bodyfat @180cm tall
    Looking to reach 90kgs @ 7-8% bodyfat within 6 months, Thats the goal.........
    Never taken any steroids and not planing to......
    Looking for some tips on dieting and training to reach my goals, Any tips welcome....

    how long have you been training op? abs is more on genetics but you can still get them thicker

    Great progress! I would work on chest and abs. Remember abs are a muscle. LIke any other muscle you build them on a bulk. So now's the time to hit them hard.

    Um... Compared to the before pic I'd say it's pretty obvious he has "bulked".

    Arms day every day? Delts, chest, and abs all need work. Bulking is when you build muscle, people say you lose abs on a bulk because the rate of fat gain in that area of your body is naturally going to be higher than the rate of muscle gain because abs are just smaller muscles in general. But train them seriously...

    Thanks all for the advice, Either possitive or negative this will deff be motivation to train even harder and reach my goals, More progress pics coming soon...........I suppose at least i know i have the genatics to have big arms......................u mad............
