I've always been curious, I know it's low, but is it 8%...10%...?? I dont know how to check it...maybe there is some physical criteria that tells the %

if you were 18% you would still be skinny... you'd just be skinny with a thicker layer of fat. Eat plenty of protein, good carbs and good fats and you'll gain some fat free mass. You're 16 and you have plenty of time to add mass.. you look like you are naturally a smaller guy ( as am I @ 28 ) and there's nothing wrong with that, but then again I like the slim muscular look. I'd never want to weigh over 170 lbs @ 5'10.. but that's just the look I like.

yeah man, just eat as much protein as possible and youll be straight jacked
Barbell Bench = 315LBS
Dumbbell bench = 125LB each
DEAD = 410LB
OH BB Shoulder press = 210LBS
If I was short I'd be huge. Til' then I'll keep pushing.

Wether you are skinny or not I guarantee the ladies will like your build.. dont try to get fat on purpose it wont make you build muscle much faster... SOME fat though will fill you in and make you look bigger while still looking lean. 18% though is gettin a gut and not really something to aim for heh...Excellence is the result of Caring more than others think is Wise; Risking more than others think is Safe. Around 8%, you DO NOT want to get to 18%.. trust me it's not fun being fat (I'm around 18%), yeah you'll look bigger in a bad way.. ur chest will poke out of ur shirt and you'll have a mini-gut. Just lift with a good mass workout routine like Rippetoes (low reps for building mass), get in a lot of protein from clean food, and you're set for ur goal. Good job so far, I wish I was that low of bodyfat.
