I didn't see this up, if someone else keeps track of everyone's weights and stuff then disregard this one. I don't care about your weight, I don't care to keep track on an excel I'll forget about. Not to mention most people quit anyway.
Let's be real here, no one is gonna start on a Saturday even if it is June 1st. So list your starting weight and goals, or whatever you want. I'm weighing myself Monday morning so I won't have my own numbers and measurements til then.
No nonsense with smiley faces or fake caring from me, everyone knows what they want to do and need to do.
So if you need a space to post updates or something, anyone who has happened to pick this three-month time frame, then go ahead! You have two days to post your starting numbers.
If you're still here by the end of the 3 months, then respect, and we'll see who lost the most weight.
Basically this:

"It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." Quick bits of info,
Age 26 - 6"1 - 225lbs~ 25% bf
Basically looking to lose a solid 25lbs up to sept 1st, which is more than doable from past experience. August 2011 I started a 8 month long cut after a number of years of illness and binge eating, went from 294lbs to 204lbs in that time, started a new job about 9 months ago and while lbm hasn't suffered (have actually gained muscle) i've gained about 15-20lbs body fat. Happy to say June 4th is my last day of work and I got a nice 6 month window to myself. Going to start a week long detox of sorts to flush out the system and get eat and sleep patterns in order and then normalise my diet to something i can maintain till I hit 200lbs.
TDEE = ~2800 , will hit 2200 on lifting days (mon weds fri), 1800 non lift days, thatll put my in a weekly average deficit of 7000 cals (2 lbs), still working on my macros, but its likely to be a 40/40/20 or a 30/50/20 (c/p/f), still weighing up the different options.
Workout will be, 1 hour walk per day EVERYDAY, find walking outside therapeutic and something I look forward to. Will also be lifting Mon/Weds/Fri using 5x5 stronglifts, I've used 5x5 in the past which i enjoy the most due to the actual strength gains I've seen and felt. I also have a kettlebell at home I will use for aerobic resistance training on days I feel ive not done enough (elliot hulse term, check out his youtube chan and search kettlebells).
Will check in every few days and post pics of before and after sept 1st, good timing of the thread for me, start coincides with ending my current job and finish is 1 week before me and the gf go to Nice France for a weeks hols

Dear lord, please allow this dangerous combination of hair spray, bat slobber, and D.O.T. four automatic transmission fluid to excite my mind, occupy my spirits, and enrage my body, provoking me to kick any man or woman in the back of the head regardless of what he or she has or has not done unto me.

In! I weigh 215-220 right now. I have been eating at about 1,900 calories but dont seem to be losing any weight at all. Any guys got some advice? I think going low carb will help but I havent been eating over 100 grams of carbs for the past 4-5 weeks and nothing is changing.

I'm so in!!
Current weight:151.4
Not sure body fat (estimating but will get it measured Wednesday)
Pics as of today and this week:
I don't know how much I want to get down to, tbh. In trying to watch the physical vs the scale. :/ it's hard though...I don't want to look sickly or rock hard but I KNOW I can tighten up some more. I want more of a dip in my waist. I want a tighter tummy. It's coming along but I know I have to keep my diet as dedicated as my lifting/gym time.

My challenge is to feminize my body, lose belly/visceral fat, but gain fat in the breasts and butt...maintain an aesthetic fat-muscle ratio, decrease waist-hip ratio. I'm on 3 months of HRT so September will make 6 months of HRT (6 mg estradiol + 200 mg spironolactone). Deciding whether to add progesterone.
Currently 188 pounds(?) have to check.
Trying to get to my old weight of 155 pounds. +female body fat so maybe a more realistic goal will be 165 pounds.Last edited by yanping; 06-02-2013 at 01:27 AM.
