I believe it's safe to say at some point we all shared a similar ideology to our future muscle gains.
Stage 2: Denial
" I was reading an internet forum and they said I can only gain twenty pounds as a natty body builder a year and that natural graham really isn't natty. That's all bull****, they are just neckbeards who don't work hard enough.
Stage 3: Acceptance
" It's been three years and I've only gained thirty pounds of muscle, I look no where near these phaggots on the internet. Misc what am I doing wrong?"
Obviously we all have a natty limit, for some that is way beyond what others can achieve. I realized today while watching phaggots lifting in the gym that soon their false beliefs of gainz will come to an end and they will realize they must make a choice.

Where is the logical thinking stage where you realize you don't know who is and isn't natty by looking(most of the time) from the day you start lifting. There are people who look like they juice but they never touched ****. And others look like **** and are on the celltech hardcore. I understand genetics and know that if there was a drug that made you smarter, Einstein, Feynman, Hawking would all be the biggest frauds in science.

I do believe everyone has a limit. But I think a lot of people sell themselves short and "accept" a limit before they've hit theirs. And a lot of it is due to them not adjusting their calories or diet as they get bigger. They figure their four pieces of grilled chicken a day has worked so far, why change it? (not realizing that as they grow, they now need MORE calories to CONTINUE growing)
Just gotta keep lifting and eating right, and realize that you're not gonna hit your limit in 1 or 2 years. You could grow over 5 or 10 years if you keep working hard. I'm inspired by those bodybuilders that all seem to be in their late 30s and 40s. makes me realize I can keep working hard and I have YEARS before I should start wondering where my limit is.
