Tmw is cheat day and I'm going for supper at the olive garden.. I know it is cheat day so are breadsticks an acceptable idea? And if I get past those what is really good there.

On your 'cheat day' eat what you want..when you want. Just stay in your calorie needs.
Infact..that's my rule for every day and im still losing fat.
Being that restricted you have to ask if eating a couple of bread sticks is acceptable is pretty bad. Your making dieting harder than it needs to be.
Id say eat plenty of veggies etc but dont be so hard on yourself...I really hate 'clean' and 'cheat' phrases for food.

Just avoid the confusion that some people have with cheat meals/days. It doesn't mean stuff yourself until you are sick...have a few and enjoy yourself....track calories...get back on the wagon immediately.

The one good thing about eating at crappy chain restaurants is that they usually post their nutrition facts online, so you can plan ahead. http://www.olivegarden.com/Menu/Nutrition/

LMAO, I haven't been to that place in years. When I do a cheat meal I like to get some yummy takeout and then pass out on my couch afterwards watching Netflix. Here's yesterday's feast.
10 bbq chicken wings, buttery garlic bread of the gods, and a pasta dish topped with pizza cheese and meatballs:
Actually went to 2 different pizza shops to get the good wings from one and the good pasta from the other lol. Was an awesome meal.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1
