    Question Teen Supplement Help

    So I'm 5'6'', 14 year old female weighing in at 165.6. I play soccer 2-3 days a week, and I workout around 6 days a week. My main goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. I'm not sure, however, which supplement is right for me. I need some help from you guys.

    Right now I wouldnt worry about supplements. Get yourself a good multivitamin. Focus on eating clean, quality foods. Get ample amounts of sleep (or as much as a 14 year old can), and just keep up with the workouts. Theres plenty of good sources here on bb.com for workout ideas when you start getting bored with your current routine. The majority of your nutrients should be coming from whole foods. However if you find yourself falling short, pick up some whey protein powder - that can help you hit your macros. Also, you need to figure out maintenance calories and be sure that you are eating less total calories than that. When you're dieting down and eating in a deficit, amino acids can be very useful. Something like Scivation Xtend would be perfect. We got a couple new flavors coming out soon too, just to add to the already amazing flavor lineup. But honesty, at 14 if you just focus is on diet, and training, the results will happen.
