I started using One Uptake which I got in a sale at my local Complete nutrition and have been having great results, of course it's crazy expensive so I was thinking about mixing my own. Right now I'm looking at 200 mg of caffeine, 5 g of creatine, 2 g Beta-alanine, and maybe a gram of L-carnitine, and maybe some yohimbe. I'm not sure how much yohimbe to take or even to take it at all. Any advice on what to add or remove or how much of each to take? Keep in mind cost is an issue.
On a similar note, would it be possible to mix the ingredients in bulk? I'd prefer to not mix small amounts of powder before every workout. I'm just worried about getting an even distribution.

Lots of people mix their own as it can save you some money, but I would do some research and make sure it's cost efficient because you may be able to get a good preworkout for cheaper with the same ingredients for less.
