Thoughts
Hit a new PR on front squat! Nothing crazy, but I'll take the 5 more pounds. On my 275×1 my left knee almost buckled on the walk out. This is the leg that I've been having some trouble with. Managed to get my mandatory rep in, but something set it off. This is the first time I felt pain while actually lifting. All was well with 225×6 though.
Happy that the weight is staying under control another macro bump today.

Quick little update: Still pounding away at the gains, nothing to crazy in my lifts as they are slowly tapering down on PRs. Hit a 425x1 pull after working up to 335×2 on squats. Not an all time PR but more than I've pulled in months. Body weight is still hovering around 165 which is good. All signed up for the PL meet and have all the accessories I need.
Shameless car guy plug
I've had alot of trouble with cars and the cops so I sold all my toys and told myself I wouldn't get back into it... my girlfriends brother was selling his 240 for insanely cheap which happens to be a car I've always wanted to build. So i picked it up and most of my free time and all of my money has been spent on my functional drift car project. I bought a 1990 240sx and am swapping the motor and rebuilding most of the car. Hopefully I'll be turning the key by months end. In turn it should put out 300 horsepower and 17 pounds of boost
The day I got it to the shop
When I tore the inside out
And the latest

Took a few days off and took a mini vacation with my girlfriend to the beach. It was nice to get away for a long weekend. Back at training today, nothing big on squats but i did switch it up and hit sumos which led to a 10 pound PR. Decent session but definitely feeling the extra food and beers from the weekend. Back on the grind with just over a month left!

Quick little update on the past week or so since I've been MIA. I've been having some pretty harsh intermittent pain in my left knee and left shoulder. I went to the gym friday and left after 10 minutes. Ive had these pains before but never to the point of not wanting to lift. I took Saturday and Sunday both off in hopes to recover a little bit. My knee is still aching just doing day to day stuff. I've been on the PVC pipe and foam rolling trying to get loose. Hopefully tomorrow's session goes good!
