    New to body building/working out

    Alright guys, i'm 15 and recently started to get fit and i wanted to start to build some decent muscle, i need to know some good workouts with limited equipment i only have dumbells, so i need to know some exercises to build some upper body muscles, cheers.



    Also new to this site so sorry if this is in the wrong thread

    Study kid there are thousands of different excises u can do with just body weight and dumbbells

    read the stickies in the nutrition and workout program section.

    If you cant get access to a proper set of weights. join a gym or enroll in your high school weightlifting class.(just assuming your school has one)
