All it is is one isolated isomer of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). LOL @ 600-700% increase in muscle mass. Unfortunately the goofs who wrote the ad copy forgot to read the full text and couldn't tell you that "although these effects were statistically significant, the clinical significance is most likely quite small. The effect of CLA on fat and lean tissue mass was not supported in our crossover study, as subjects had no changes during the phase they took CLA." not to mention the methodological issues with the study to begin with.
I love how their ads make it seem like this is some exotic extract by using the obscure botanical name of Carthamus tinctorius.
